A complete workout from the root chakra to the crown, feeling physically, emotionally and spiritually great! Paula is a full time yoga teacher and has regular classes in the UK and Portugal. Elizabeth teaches the Diploma in Chakra dancing teacher training and drop in classes in Sussex and has created 5 chakra healing CDs. The Yoga Show, Olympia - 15, 16 & 17 September 2006 Paula was delighted to have been invited along with Liz Whiter to offer an open class at the Yoga Show at Olympia on Friday 15th September 2006. The programme read as follows "Balance Your Chakras With Yoga Moves - Using specific chakra music you are invited to balance your chakras through yoga moves and chakra dancing. We will commence at the root chakra and finish at the crown... Let's have some fun!" Also at the Yoga Show a colourful array of the innovative 'Mayura Moon Meditation Cushions' were being used by exhibitors stand A11 (Living Earth and Winter Sun Retreats) where they were also available for sale.
