WHAT IS BODYBALANCE?

BODYBALANCE is a blend of Yoga, Pilates and TAi Chi set to great music. It hit the scene in 1998, developed by a global team of Yoga experts, doctors, physiotherapists and Group Fitness Instructors, brought together by Les Mills and has confidentally taken it's place amongst the fitness classes popular in gyms and fitness studios across the world.

WHAT ARE IT'S MAJOR BENEFITS?

BODYBALANCE is an holistic form of exercise, which stimulates the body and mind to function better.  by attending regularly (2-3 times per week), participants can expect:

CAN ANYONE TAKE PART?

This class has been designed to include all levels and offers everyone an opportunity to get involved.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND A BODYBALANCE CLASS?

There is no limit to how often you can attend a class.  If you are involved in other fitness or well-being classes, you can join this class as an addition, or simply choose to use this class 2 - 3 times a week and watch your strength and flexibility grow.

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • We do not expect Students to do headstands or other inversions, these postures take time and development training and can only be offered in a YOGA class by a YOGA instructor.

  • We do expect you to take your shoes and socks off for this class as with other YOGA classes, and to respec the etiquette of our Yoga Studio.
