I First started Practising Yoga when I walked into an Ashtanga Yoga class and was immediately blown away by the dynamic flow and grace of the practice, then one class led to another until I was attending 3 to 4 classes a week, a passion that has remained ever since, that was nearly 13 years ago and that passion still remains, I have since studied with lots of the Ashtanga legends like, Jane Sleven, David Swenson, David Williams, Brian cooper to mention a few,  I have now been teaching  Ashtanga for nearly 11 years, and it never ceases to amaze me how this yoga changes people it builds strength through the body, helps to increase your stamina, improves and lengthens your breath at the same time as bringing about a  calm meditative mind. I also hold a British Wheel Of Yoga diploma and teach Hatha yoga classes from beginners, re cooperative and Dynamic. I believe that anyone can practice Ashtanga Yoga, starting very gently and gradually building up to whatever level they want to achieve, from little acorns big strong trees grow.
