FRANCOISE WILL BE OFFERING Pi-Yo CLASS EVERY SATURDAY 11.30AM-12.30PM

Pi-Yo is a new yoga class for anyone and everyone. It is a combination of disaplines, Pilates and Yoga.
At the core of each disapline are principles that guide and create every pose. Pi-Yo creates an 'energised calm'  in our body and in our mind. Simple and sfae yoga movements enhancing feeling of well-being incorporating lots of stretching and streghthening and body awareness techniques.
 
Joseph Pilates developed a physical fitness system in Germany in the early 20th century which he called Pilates. The Pilates principles condtion the entire body. The three B's ( Belly, Back, Breathing ) help us to achieve these principles and are needed to perform all Pilates movements correctly.
 
Come and try this exciting new class bringing an awareness of good movement, core stability, great alignment, efficient breathing and total focus.
